  1. 1

    Tell us what’s happening

Where it’s leaking and when it started. Photos help; a work-order number is fine too.

  2. 2

    We review and schedule

The service team confirms details, coordinates access with your facility, and schedules a crew.

  3. 3

    Repair, then report

We fix the source, send photos of what we found, and flag anything bigger before it becomes an emergency.

Before you call

Common questions

Do you do residential roofs?

No. Commercial, industrial, institutional, and municipal buildings only.

Can you repair a roof you didn’t install?

Yes. We’re approved by the major commercial manufacturers, so repairs on warranted roofs stay within the warranty terms. Bring the warranty paperwork if you have it; we’ll work to it.

Will repairs shut down part of my building?

Rarely. Most of our work is on occupied buildings. Access, safety, and timing are set with your team before we’re on the roof.

What do I get after an inspection or repair?

Photos of what we found, a plain-English recommendation, and a record you can forward. Maintenance customers see all of it in the TotalSENS portal.

How far will you travel for a repair?

Repair crews cover roughly an hour from Ephrata: Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, and nearby York and Dauphin. Larger reroof projects go further. If you’re unsure, call and we’ll tell you.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes, for commercial and institutional properties in our service area. No report fee, no obligation.

What’s the difference between the emergency line and the office?

The emergency line is for water coming in now. For everything else we call back during business hours.
